Junior Business Analyst

Communicate with clients and all the teams for client’s requirements understanding
Collect and analyze requirements/ feedbacks from clients, stakeholders and otherteams to shape requirements, features and products
Document functional and business requirements documents: create wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams and use cases.
Communicate with customers to clarify business and support if there are any change requirements from customers.
Communicate with the development team to ensure correct requirement understanding during implementation.
Compose related documents, such as: Release Note, User Manual…

Strong presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, with the ability to clearly explain both simple and complex concepts to technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Possess basic technical knowledge and a general understanding of how software systems operate.
Hands- on experience with web and mobile applications.
Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
At least 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Good command of English, especially in written communication.
Experience in Finance, Banking, or FinTech projects is a strong plus.
Good logical thinking and analytical skills.
Experience working with UI/UX design and familiar with tools such as Balsamiq, Draw.io, Figma, or similar.
