Summary
We are looking for a talented Junior Frontend Developer who is a master of ReactJS and has a strong ambition to evolve into a Fullstack Developer.
In this role, you will not only build high- performance, complex UIs but also be mentored to master Ruby on Rails for backend development. This is a unique opportunity for a Proactive Learner to join a high- standard engineering team and work on scalable, enterprise- level products.
Key Responsibilities
• Problem Solving: Think critically and collaborate with team members to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system architecture.
• Code Quality: Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of the application. Write clean, maintainable, and well- documented code.
• Fullstack Evolution: Receive dedicated training and contribute to Backend development using Ruby on Rails as part of our cross- functional team.
• UI Customization: Craft and customize complex UI components from scratch (using Ant Design, Material UI, or Tailwind) to meet specific business requirements and ensure pixel- perfect implementation.
• DevOps Integration: Collaborate on implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline deployment processes.
• Frontend Excellence: Develop and maintain sophisticated frontend systems using ReactJS, Redux, and Redux- Saga.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1- 2 years of professional experience in ReactJS development.
Technical Skills:
• Core Frontend: Solid understanding of React concepts (Hooks, Lifecycle, Context API). Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Backend Mindset: Having a background or a strong interest in Ruby on Rails is a significant advantage.
• State Management: Hands- on experience with Redux and especially Redux- Saga.
• Styling: Experience with UI Libraries (Antd, MUI) and CSS frameworks (Tailwind/SASS).
• Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD concepts (Azure DevOps experience is a plus).
Soft Skills & Languages:
