Provide high- quality technical support to end- users, focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience.
Participate in an on- call rotation for occasional after- hours or weekend support to address urgent issues and perform scheduled maintenance.
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud- based systems and applications, with on- the- job training to grow into a DevOps role.
Monitor, audit, and help enforce company- wide security standards in compliance with ISO 27001.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and procedures.
Perform maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting for our multi- office network system.
Education:
A college diploma or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
0- 2 years of experience in an IT support or system administrator role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
Solid understanding of computer hardware and software.
Basic knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
