• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chef/ Executive Sous Chef.
• Being mainly responsible for cooking in outlets.
• Collaborate with Chef/Executive Sous Chef and positions related to new menus, promotions menus.
• Support the Chef to set up the quantity, food recipe, image, and price of dishes used on the menu.
• Check quantity, quality of imported goods, food, raw materials.
• Being responsible for controlling hygiene, discipline in the Kitchen.
• Regularly check raw material storage, quality of ingredients used for modified diets.
• Coordinating planning and organizing training courses to improve professional skills for staff in charge area.
• Assisting Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in management tasks.
• Plan and arrange work schedules, assign tasks for team leaders, groups and kitchen staff.
• Supervising all activities of store manager, ensuring that they meet the Resort standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
Graduated from college or higher, majoring in guest service, business
Having at least 02 years working experience in the same position in 4 – 5 stars hotel/ resort.
Having degrees and certificates related to the profession
