Junior Technical Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for an analytical Junior Technical Consultant with a background in Business Analysis to join our technical delivery team. You do not need deep expertise in our platforms yet—we value your ability to translate business needs into requirements. You will work within one of our streams (Atlassian, Salesforce, or Lark) and support Senior Consultants in the pre- sales and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
Pre- Sales Support & Documentation
● Assist in the creation of Scope of Work (SOW) documents and timeline estimations.
● Prepare initial drafts of technical demonstrations, PoCs, and solution proposals for review by the Senior Technical Consultant.
● Research technical features within Atlassian, Salesforce, or Lark to answer specific client queries.
● Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
Learning & Configuration
● Learn to configure the chosen platform under the guidance of the Senior team.
● Participate in client meetings to document feedback and action items.
● Ensure all documentation (proposal drafts, user manuals, requirements docs) meets the company standard before submitting to Seniors for approval.
Focus: Business Analyst (BA) Background

● Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or in a functional consulting role.
● Note: No prior experience with Atlassian/Salesforce/Lark is required, but it is a "nice to have."
● Skills: Strong documentation skills (process mapping, user stories), attention to detail, and logical problem solving.
● Mindset: A strong desire to learn technical configuration for Enterprise SaaS platforms.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or related field.
