Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Coordinate and monitor day- to- day office activities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain proper filing systems and organize company records.
Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee and track office supplies and company equipment.
Accounting & Operations Support
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expense tracking, and financial record- keeping.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and administrative policies.
Support reporting and documentation required for internal and external audits.
Customer and Team Support
Assist the marketing team as needed
Respond to inquiries and assist in resolving issues through clear and efficient communication.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications
Experience in working for an education social enterprise is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Prior experience in administration, accounting, CRM tools or a similar back- office role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency at IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in office software, data management tools,and other common used tech tools
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
