Key Account Executive - Data Analyst (Basic)

JOB DESCRIPTION● Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to GHN&039;s key accounts (top e- commerce players in VN).
● Daily/ Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly forecast the volume from the key accounts.
● Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
● Build and maintain strong, long- lasting customer relationships
● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of GHN&039;s solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
● Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
● Identify and grow opportunities to ensure growth volume/revenue of customers.2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:
● Understand how E- commerce operates in Vietnam and E- commerce trending in Vietnam, SEA, and other markets
● Attitude: Open mind, adapt the changes with flexibility, customer- centric mindset.
● Basic knowledge about Delivery, Logistics service in Vietnam: characteristics, competitors.
Skill:
● Decision- making skills based on data analysis and end result
● Business planning skill (volume/revenue forecast, fact and figures analysis, research and collecting market information...)
● Presentation skill (both English and Vietnamese).
Experience:
● Participate in 100% of insurance on monthly salary.
● Healthcare insurance, social insurance & unemployment insurance (as Government).

● With the delivery network cover more than 98% geographical area of Vietnam, you will be welcome anywhere in Vietnam for traveling.
