Key Account Executive

Position Purpose:
Manage and develop Key/Strategic Accounts, build long- term customer relationships, ensure service excellence in logistics operations, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross- selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for upsell/cross- sell additional logistics services.
Support negotiation, renewal, and management of long- term logistics contracts.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Business Solution, and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service performance, pricing, contracts, and operational issues.
Conduct regular business reviews and monitor operational KPIs (OTD, service quality, accuracy).
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned Key Accounts.
Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and minimize complaints.
Yêu cầu công việc
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
Experience in Account Management or Customer Management is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales logistics or key account
Proactive, adaptable, and customer- oriented.
Strong understanding of logistics operations and commercial mindset.
