Key Responsibilities
Market and Customer Research
Provide actionable insights to management to guide product positioning and market strategy.
Research and analyze customers across different geographies to identify business opportunities.
Assess market size, competitive landscape, product trends, and prevalent offerings.
Study value chain pricing to ensure product competitiveness and accurate value proposition.
Customer Management
Manage pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate commercial documentation.
Handle customer inquiries end- to- end, from initial discussion to final delivery.
Develop tailored product offerings based on customer needs and application requirements.
Build long- term customer relationships by ensuring high service standards and responsiveness.
Oversee artwork management, packaging coordination, and compliance documentation as part of order execution.
Supplier Engagement
Support cost optimization and supplier performance improvement initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent quality and supply reliability.
Collaborate with quality, R&D, and procurement teams to evaluate and qualify new sources.
Identify and onboard new suppliers based on emerging customer or market requirements.
