- Conduct market research (utilizing GFK Data and competitor intelligence) to analyze market demand and opportunities, then strategically drive sales.
- Initiate and manage promotion programs, including counter- actions against competitors, to timely drive Sellout.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Develop flooring targets and lead execution with an optimization strategy. Leverage display efficiency and monitor the run- rate performance of display goods.
- Lead weekly meetings with buyers to review and analyze performance, and align on action plans to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
- Oversee Dien May Xanh sell- in, sell- out, inventory, and relevant KPIs to achieve positive growth for Washing Machine and Dish Washer products.
- Conduct PSI planning (by total and region) to optimize product availability, sales performance, and inventory management.
