Job Summary
CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and results- driven Key Account Manager to manage MT account commit Sales revenue assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the account plan including monthly forecast, trading terms, promotion budget, visibility, key event of account assigned by the Company.
Work closely with the cross- functional teams to ensure efficient and effectively execution.
Maintain good business relationships with customers, principles and internal departments in executing programs and following policies and procedures.
Monitor account&039;s performance, review & propose action plan to improve performance.
Monitor team key performance indicators achievement. Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirements for improvement.
Manage senior sales sup/Sales sup/Sales team to achieve company target.
Responsible for sales revenue & others KPI assigned by the Company at assigned accounts/region.
Frequently field visit to update market intelligence & ensure all the plans are executed properly in the market.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: At least 4- 5 years of working experience in Sales role in FMCG advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
Skills
Good management, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent relationship and networking skills, planning skills.
Coaching skills- staff training.
Good communication and negotiation with customers in different levels.
Understanding the market, familiar with the management area.
