Collaborate with BD/Planner to brief information, brainstorm ideas for legal translation, and join customer pitches.
Receive contracts from the sales team and coordinate with relevant departments to initiate the implementation of the contract’s terms.
Manage expenses for assigned contracts. Analyze requirements for deployment and thoroughly research the customer’s background, including their budget and KPI commitments.
Coordinate the evaluation, reporting, and optimization proposals for campaigns to increase contract renewal rates.
Develop and implement an action plan to ensure the project timeline and quality standards are met.
Meet with customers to clearly define their requirements before deployment and help them understand how the platform’s features and products will meet those requirements.
Understand customer insights to build and maintain close relationships. Align with their goals and personal needs while still conducting sales/pre- sales activities.
Maintain continuous communication with the customer throughout the contract’s lifecycle, from execution to reporting and follow- up.
Coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., technical, design, product, strategy, social) to execute the plan.
Monitor the payment schedule and handle debt collection.
