Responsibilities
- In cooperation with Trade Marketing, prepare, launch, and implement product campaigns targeted at pharmacies /pharmacy chains.
- This role ensures the implementation of sales policies within distribution channel to achieve sales goals and maintain high product availability.
- Implement supply policies.
- Ensure effective cooperation with retail chains through individual business plans.
- Actively and systematically monitor retail chain inventories ensuring appropriate inventory levels
- The Key Account Specialist Pharmacy Channel would be responsible for managing retail chains by fostering close, long- term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Task and target- oriented approach
- Ability to easily initiate contacts with others Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Dermocosmetics Category experience would be a strong plus
- High motivation to work within a team and with colleagues from other divisions
- Strong analytical skills in distribution program and inventory settlements
- Experience in sales working with Pharmacy Chains & leading commercial negotiations and implementing commercial plans is a must
