Responsibilities
• Maintain and grow the existing customer portfolio; build strong, long- term client relationships.
• Identify and approach new clients in the Food Chain industry to expand Kamereo’s partner network.
• Manage strategic merchants to achieve GMV targets and support overall company growth.
• Monitor performance and business activities of assigned key accounts; prepare regular reports and analysis.
• Receive and resolve customer feedback/issues to ensure the highest level of satisfaction with Kamereo’s products and services.
Requirements
• Self- motivated, result- oriented, fast learner, and quick thinker.
• Hard- working, resilient, patient, and target- driven.
• At least 3 years of experience with large food chains, F&B brands, or hospitality groups.
• Background in Japanese companies is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; respectful working style.
• Experience working with large corporations and enterprise clients.
