Duties and responsibilities
Financial returns:
• Report Lost and Found immediately to Security
• Ensure that the installations in the Kids Club in good condition and to ensure its proper use
• Be responsible for saving hotel asset/ energy/ water/ chemical and propose the saving ideas to management
• Maintain the materials of the Kids Club in good condition and to ensure its proper use
• Complete special instructions concerning work sheets and correctly record when the work has been completed
• Understanding departments and hotel’s product, and upsell to the guest, or recommend hotel products to the guest.
• Ensures that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually
• Ensure adequate supplies of linen are maintained in the Kids club and appropriately stored
People:
• Maintain the materials of the Kids Club in good condition and to ensure its proper use
• Perform/ behave as per IHG Winning Ways to other colleagues (within your department and toward other departments)
• Trains and help colleagues on the jobs
• Ensure adequate supplies of linen are maintained in the Kids club and appropriately stored
• Complete special instructions concerning work sheets and correctly record when the work has been completed

• Participate all training assigned by supervisor including English training and job skills training
• Following up with the assignment from Supervisor.
Guest experience:
• Sharing guest feedback to the supervisor
• Drive buggy safely after being certified and be responsible for protecting this asset in good conditions
• Handle guest’s requests, or escalate to higher levels and/or relate departments when need it
• Perform Services behaviours in daily operation basic towards the guests
• Assist in developing a Kids Club Activity Program which includes a range of activities for children of varying ages including:
Swimming o Pony riding o Face painting
Building, etc
Tennis
• Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
• Always greet the kids and guest and make the guest feel welcome around your area
Responsible business:
• Have a complete understanding of the hotel’s procedures in respect to health, hygiene and safety.
• Recommended changes to these standards
• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure
• Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Country Law.
• Abide by rules and regulations and policies and procedures of hotel

• Understand IHG Brand Standard related to your department
• Supervise cleanliness and set up to be according standard during opening and closing procedure.

Required Skills –
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Able to speak, read and write English
Qualifications –
• High School
