Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
Monitor kitchen hygiene practices and maintain inspection records, logs, and checklists.
Prepare and check department timesheets; report timekeeping data to P&C.
Attend Culinary meetings, take minutes, and distribute to relevant parties.
Assist with menu typing and support daily operational needs.
Coordinate hygiene training for kitchen staff.
Maintain and update Hygiene, HACCP, and Food Safety documentation.
Support work schedules, training plans, training reports, and staff records.
Coordinate purchasing requests, suppliers, shipments, cash vouchers, and inventory with related departments.
Handle administrative tasks for the Culinary Department: typing reports, correspondence, filing, and document control.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain office hygiene.
Manage all incoming and outgoing Culinary correspondence, including guest feedback.
Yêu cầu công việc
1- year related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in English Language University, Food & Beverage, or related field.
Good writing skills
Well- versed in computers and operating various computer software programs in order to increase office efficiency.
