• Assists with checking and receiving goods
• Handle waste and linen
• Assembles and prepare ingredients for menu items
• Cleans kitchen and equipment
• Clean and store equipment
• Maintain storage areas
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene
• Store goods
• Prepares food for service
• Prepares kitchen equipment for use
• Portions and plates food
• Clean premises
• Attends to all briefings
Yêu cầu công việc
Required Skills –
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
• Ability to read and write basic English
