Kitchen Coordinator

Responsible for administration and coordination in the department, includes:
Provide paper- works for procuring and ordering all necessary supplies for the creation of meals;
Upholding the safety and cleanliness standards of the kitchen
Participating in department&039;s meetings to get updated for recording and supporting;
Overseeing the cleanup of the kitchen ;
Creating and overseeing the the roster and attendant records by weekly and monthly of the department;
Overseeing kitchen storage to ensure all deliveries are well arranged ;
Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
Degree or certificate (or equivalent) in relevant field (Kitchen).
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role (Coordinator / Secretary) in Hotel 5 stars or international brands.
Communication and Administration skills;
Details and High sense of responsibility
English communication
HAACP knowledges or experiences is a plus
