MAIN BUSINESSProvide support to the Chairman of the board in managing and operating the company, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and on schedule.
RESPONSIBILITES
Interpretation, Translation and Communication
• Handle daily communication between the Chairman and internal/external partners.
• Participate as an interpreter at exhibitions, business trips, and networking events.
• Manage and prepare meeting schedules, take minutes, and ensure follow- up actions.
• Provide interpretation and translation (Korean–Vietnamese–English) for the Chairman in meetings, reports, and company documents.
Business Support and Coordination
• Manage and prepare gifts, reservations, and general affairs related to the Chairman’s activities.
• Arrange business trips (hotel, restaurant, tickets, transportation, etc.).
• Support the Chairman in internal/external networking, event coordination, and public relations activities.
Information and Administration Management
• Manage confidential documents and correspondence.
• Summarize and analyze market, industry, and government policy information, especially in the pharmaceutical, K- Beauty, and cosmetics sectors.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports to update the Chairman on key trends.
• Track expense reports and administrative procedures related to the Chairman’s office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Korean Studies, or related fields.
Experience and Knowledge
• Experience interpreting at exhibitions or events is preferred.
• Experience in cosmetics, K- Beauty, or Korean- related businesses is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of Vietnamese and Korean corporate working culture.
• At least 1 year – 2 years of working experience.
Language Skills
• Excellent Korean interpretation and translation skills (equivalent to TOPIK Level 6 or above).
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Personality And Attitude
• Professional and adaptable in multicultural environments.
• Honest, positive, and willing to learn.
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Polite, well- mannered, and able to behave appropriately in official and external settings.
Working Condition
• Mainly based in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Available to travel to Can Tho 1–2 days/week for meetings or events.
