Korean Sales Team Leader

- Take full responsibility for the sales targets of the Korean market from the Board of Directors;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Korean Director, Purchasing Manager, Production Manager, Automation Manager, or GA Director;
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales activity and process status in English.
- Actively identify and approach potential Korean customers in industrial parks;
- Serve as the main point of contact for Korean customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and handle any issues related to quality or delivery;
- Conducting meetings, presenting the company&039;s products/services, negotiating contracts and closing deals;
- Monitor the activities and trends of competitors in the Korean business community in Vietnam (KORCHAM, etc.);
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or Korean Studies;
- Have at least 2- 5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically working with Korean manufacturing factories;
- Networking, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Native Korean (preferred for Foreigner positions) or Vietnamese with TOPIK 5/6 and good communication skills;
- Deep understanding of Korean business culture (K- Culture, "Pali- pali" working style);
- Ability to travel frequently to industrial parks.
