KOREAN TRANSLATOR - PHIÊN DỊCH VIÊN TIẾNG HÀN

Assist Korean- speaking guests with inquiries, requests, and problem resolution to ensure an exceptional experience.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Provide real- time interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and guest interactions.
Translate written documents, emails, and communication materials from Korean to English/Vietnamese and vice versa.
Work closely with different departments to support operational needs where Korean language skills are required.
Ensure accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism in all translations.
Support recruitment, training, and HR- related activities requiring Korean language skills.

Fluency in Korean and proficiency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Communication, or a related field preferred.
Service- oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast- paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
