- Investigate and resolve sewing or material non- conformities at each stage of production.
- Work closely with Production, Project Development, and related teams to define the product standards, quality criteria, ensure process consistency and quality improvement.
- Prepare SOP/WI for in- process inspections (IPQC) and final inspections (FQC) to ensure product quality meets specifications.
- Verify engineering changes in the production (material, mold, pattern, process, operation…)
- Develop and implement risk analysis for each production stage, quality control plans, inspection standards, and sewing defect guidelines.

- Investigate customer complaints related to sewing product defects.
- Communicate with customers, counterparts for the complaint handling and report (samples to customer for approval, rework method,…).
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to address quality concerns and product improvements.

- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce defects and increase efficiency.
- Conduct process audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality procedures.

- ISO Quality System: Understanding of ISO procedures and quality management systems.
- Familiar with some measurement tools: Colorimeter, Caliper, Crock meter, Tensile, Zipper durability…
- Handling customer complaints and implementing CAPA.
- 7 QC tools, 8D report, 5 WHYs, PDCA …
- 3+ years of QA/QC experience in sewn products, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- English skill as required
- College/University degree
