Optimize Assembly Line Performance

Analyze assembly processes to identify bottlenecks, line imbalance, and productivity losses.
Conduct Time & Motion Studies and establish Standard Cycle Time for each operation.

Layout & Workstation Design

Optimize ergonomics to improve operator efficiency, safety, and consistency.
Design and improve workstation layouts based on Lean Manufacturing principles.

Capacity & Data Management

Monitor and analyze KPIs such as Efficiency, Productivity, OEE, and Throughput.
Calculate manpower, line capacity, cycle time, and UPH based on production plans.

Lean, Kaizen & Continuous Improvement

Lead and participate in 5S, Kaizen, Line Balancing, and VSM initiatives.
Drive improvement projects to increase output, reduce cost, and stabilize quality.

Standardization & Documentation

Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams
Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and Standard Work.

Bachelor’s degree in
Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing
