Track attribute performance throughout development and propose target adjustments when required.
Coordinate with simulation, testing, and design teams to finalize Vehicle Target Setting (VTS)
Conduct benchmarking studies on competitor scooters to establish competitive performance targets.
Participate in benchmarking, testing, and PALS/FL activities to collect attribute data
Analyze test and simulation data to align attribute targets with vehicle performance objectives.
Prepare technical reports and present attribute status to project stakeholders.
Define vehicle attribute targets for E- Scooter projects including structural, energy management, and ride and handling performance.

1–2 years of experience in vehicle testing or product validation.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Vehicle Engineering.
Experience using measurement tools and test equipment.
Ability to work on- site at the manufacturing plant and under time constraints.
Basic understanding of electric scooter or electric vehicle systems.
Valid motorcycle driving license (A1) and car driving license (B1/B2/C) are preferred.
Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.
