Kỹ Sư Kiểm Thử Xe Máy Điện (E-Scooter Test)

Perform vehicle- level tests to verify dimensions, weight, and technical specifications against design targets.
Log test issues into the Jira system and support issue resolution activities.
Conduct functional and durability tests for integrated mechanical and electrical vehicle systems
Measure and record vehicle performance data according to test procedures
Create and submit vehicle test reports following VinFast reporting standards
Analyze vehicle test issues and identify potential root causes.
Support vehicle preparation and setup activities before testing.
Report daily test progress and vehicle status to the direct supervisor.

Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.
Basic understanding of electric scooter or electric vehicle systems.
Ability to work on- site at the manufacturing plant and under time constraints.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Vehicle Engineering.
Experience using measurement tools and test equipment.
Valid motorcycle driving license (A1) and car driving license (B1/B2/C) are preferred.
1–2 years of experience in vehicle testing or product validation.

13th month salary + Incentive/performance bonus
Accommodation support if working at Hai Phong and Company transportation from Van Cao Street/Ngo Gia Tu Street, Hai Phong City to factory.
