Mô tả công việc
Conduct fatigue analysis to evaluate component lifetime under real operating conditions.
Propose design improvements to optimize durability, weight, and manufacturing cost.
Prepare technical reports and present simulation results to internal stakeholders.
Correlate simulation results with physical test data and improve model accuracy.
Perform stiffness, strength, durability, and vibration simulations for E- Scooter components and systems.
Build and maintain finite element (FE) models for E- Scooter structures using ANSA.
Analyze simulation results and identify potential structural weaknesses or failure risks.
Support design change implementation and re- run simulations for validation.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good English communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related engineering disciplines.
Good understanding of metal and plastic materials and manufacturing processes.
Minimum 2 years of experience in CAE durability or structural simulation.
Strong experience in FE model creation using ANSA.
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced project environment.
Knowledge of fatigue analysis tools such as nCode DesignLife or FEMFAT is a plus.
Proficiency in at least one solver such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, or OptiStruct.
