JOB SUMMARY:
Support customers, staffs to have the full understanding of products and using whilst enhance customer experience in the process of pre- sale and aftersales.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide remote troubleshooting support to company and customers via chat, email, and phone.
Update and add to product user guides for company and customers and internal use.
Complete other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Perform repairs according to requirements and ensure product quality after repair.
Consult with company and customers to determine their repair needs.
Improve and update product warranty and maintenance procedures.
Participate in training programs from the firm and the company.
Regularly update new products and services as needed.
Receive products from Company (Restaurants/Stores/Admin… ) and customers that need to be repaired.
Check the condition and operation of the product to be repaired.
Conduct periodic warranty and maintenance of equipment and machinery.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Strong communication skills.
2+ years of experience in repairing accessories: watches, lighters, phones, electronic equipment warranty center,
Error diagnostic.
High sense of Carefullness, Responsibility, learning new products and looking for solutions.
Error diagnostic parameters quick release, event replacement skills.
Working under pressure.
Vocational College grarduation with related field: mechanical, machinery,…
Teamwork ability to support colleagues.
