Lab Technician (Softlines - HCMC)

Prepare the test site or carry out other technical preparation activities for testing includes receiving samples, checking completeness and assembly, taking pictures and dimensions.
Arrange maintenance and calibration of test machines, equipment and other laboratory facilities as well as ensure the availability of required equipment and tools for testing.
Ensure proper documentation according to ISO17025 and ISO 9001 and support QM team members in setting up and maintaining the quality systems.
Prepare other technical document includes quality management (“QM”) document, checklists and related reports.
Prepare pre- information, test reports and or inspection report in time.
Perform inspection / sample drawing / loading supervision services at customer side on requirement.
Hand over samples to customer and or supplier includes related document.
Set up and perform all kinds of test includes preparing related document.
Ensure laboratory is always tidy and neat.
Inform test results and provide necessary technical information to supervisor and or project team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Environmental Science
Fluent in spoken and written English
Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Management in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017
Strong skills in Excel and data analysis
At least 2 years of experience in chemical and/ or physical testing.
