Laboratory Procurement & Administrative Officer (Textile / Apparel Testing Lab)

Other tasks can be assigned.
Create Capex/PRs/Payment requests for SFL Physical Lab.
Recieve samples and Test request from Customer service team, delievery to lab; input test items/samples into Lab sharedrive daily.
Receive equipment/chemical agents/consumables from suppliers and deliver to the lab and keep record of inventory closely.
In charged in procurement tasks, following lab requirements (equipment, consumables, etc.) in compliance with the company policy.
Contact suppliers for getting quotations.
Coordinate with supplier for the quotation of fixing equipment or calibration.
Manage the Warehouse of Softlines Lab follow the principle of company.
Request stationaries monthly for SFL Physical Lab.
Coordinate with Finance/Procument team to process payment, customs clearance, if any.
Receive requests from Lab supervisors for equipment/chemical agents/consumables.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
