Landscape Engineer

Supervising the Construction of Landscape Items:
- Supervise the care of trees after planting during the maintenance and warranty period.
- Monitor the progress of tree planting and care according to the approved plan.
- Supervise the tree planting process according to technical procedures.
- Inspect trees according to technical standards before planting on the project site.
- Inspect and approve the completed tree planting according to technical requirements.
- Prepare reports on the execution of landscape items.
Supervising the Maintenance of Landscape Items:
- Develop guidelines and technical requirements for the care and maintenance of landscape items.
- Inspect and evaluate the care and maintenance of landscape items.
- Prepare reports on the care and maintenance activities for landscape items.
- Supervise the performance of care and maintenance tasks for landscape items.
Supervising Nursery Caring:
- Develop a plan for planting and caring for the nursery.
- Periodically check and assess the development of different plant species in the nursery.
- Supervise the care of plants in the nursery according to the plan.
- Propose care solutions and plant replacement options to meet technical requirements for nursery plant species.
Planning the Execution of Landscape Items:
- Check the plant design list and propose a plant list that is suitable for weather conditions and the project’s landscape design objectives.
- Coordinate with functional departments to propose design solutions for landscape items and plan the execution of these items according to project requirements.
Perform other tasks as directed by Manager.

Education: Graduated with a university degree in Agriculture, Landscape Horticulture, or Forestry.
Experience
- Experience in supervising on Nurseries caring.
- At least 5 years of experience in supervising tree planting, Landscape caring and Landscape maintenance at real estate projects.
Specialized skills
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Understanding of the construction of common landscape types.
- Knowledge of different tree species and planting techniques.
Soft skills
Honest, quick, enthusiastic, hardworking, able to handle pressure, and has a strong team spirit.
