Landscaping Manager | Quản Lý Cảnh Quan

Engage in constant interaction, support, and communication with other departments on sustainability to ensure the smooth functioning of the operation
Develop or refine plans for the project, which may include ornamental plants, ground cover, and landscaping structures
Perform any additional duties assigned by the General Manager and attend meetings as instructed
Assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Landscaping Department
Ensure high standards of appearance, grooming, and hygiene, and maintain strong knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures for self and team, in compliance with brand and legal requirements
Lead and inspire a productive, sustainability- focused team
Stay current with industry trends to apply appropriate horticulture practices aligned with Six Senses guidelines, while considering organic, social, environmental, and economic factors
Control costs and drive profitability through effective budgeting and forecasting
Maintain and exceed Six Senses sustainability and landscaping standards
Abide by Six Senses principles, values, and guidelines while promoting cultural respect and a positive, proactive attitude to foster a strong, loyal team
Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and effective communication

Bachelor’s degree in related agriculture or forestry required.
Strong awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights.
Must be able to work in an outdoor setting.
Ability to safely operate and repair basic gardening tools and hazardous equipment as required.
Proven leadership with excellent problem- solving, cross- cultural communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
Minimum two or more years of progressive gardening managerial experience.
Willingness to work flexible hours and assist in other positions as business demands dictate
Must maintain a well- groomed and professional appearance.
Able to deal effectively with guests in a resort environment. Honesty and reliability are a must.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.
English with ability for basic communication; additional languages are an advantage.
Technology skills include advanced MS Office and Outlook platforms.
