Laundry Manager

Resolve guest complaints professionally and provide proactive support to the Housekeeping department during peak operational hours.
Lead, train, and motivate the laundry team to ensure high morale, professional development, and consistent adherence to operational procedures.
Oversee day- to- day laundry operations, ensuring full compliance with Rixos brand standards.
Manage linen and uniform par stocks efficiently, ensuring a seamless flow to guest floors and all hotel outlets.
Supervise all in- house and outsourced laundry services, ensuring rigorous quality control and adherence to safety and environmental procedures.
Monitor equipment performance and the economical, safe use of chemicals, including proper chemical storage and formula management.
Conduct daily briefings, prepare monthly productivity reports, manage chemical consumption, and actively participate in inventory counts.

Commitment to maintaining high hygiene, safety, and environmental standards within the workplace.
Strong leadership, problem- solving, and communication skills with a focus on team retention and satisfaction.
4–5 years of progressive experience in a 4 or 5- star hotel laundry department.
Comprehensive knowledge of textile care, laundry machinery, and chemical handling.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or a related vocational field.
