Laundry Supervisor - Giám sát Giặt là

Assign and monitor villa cleaning schedules; inspect completed work.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Ensure timely minibar restocking and maintain villa surroundings.
Coach and develop team members to maintain performance standards.
Supervise turndown service and special requests.
Complete administrative tasks and enforce lost- and- found policies.
Supervise Villa Attendants and ensure daily operations meet guest expectations.
Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs.
Oversee housekeeping pantries, inventory, and chemical usage.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically fit, detail- oriented, and able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel laundry operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills.
• Basic English communication requirements;
• Good knowledge of fabric care, laundry chemicals, stain removal, and equipment handling.
