Lawyer Staff (QL 25069) [Hoan Kiem, Hanoi]

- Representing clients in initialing legal action and before governmental authorities.
- Advising client on issues related to FDI, labor, commercial law, M&A and other legal issues.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Supporting Japanese Lawyer as needed; and
- Other as assigned by the Head of Branch from time to time
- Writing articles, preparing presentation for seminar.

- Being experienced in business law practices (foreign investment, corporate, M&A, licensing, labour & employment etc.)
- Having at least 3- 4 years experience in legal service companies.
- Having good analytical skill, logical thinking and being capable of working independently
- Graduated from University Bachelor of Law, Lawyer Certificate
- English: Business level, having Toeic 850+ or Ielts 6.5+/ Toefl iBT 95+
- Being proactive, creative and responsible
