- Providing AP cost/AR upload in Cello TMS system as KPI rules on time.
- Following customer’s booking orders, process trucking plan daily
- Report and deal with irregular cases in the site to manager directly.
- Managing trucking process to catch on customer’s deliver lead time/ cargo closing time, following and solving all issue until completed process.
- Daily update/report cargo status according to Group Manager requests.
- Solving the issued problem of LD operation procedure or deal with complaints from customer.
- Fulfil other tasks (ad- hoc) assigned by Managers and local management.
- Co- ordinate with other departments and customers to solve daily tasks related trucking orders.
- Responsible for collect POD docs, fulfilment data report & system to catch on KPI requirement.
- Making Report to KAM/Managers.
- Control local trucking LSP, searching potential LSP in the market to secure quality service and save cost.
Yêu cầu công việc
Background in logistics or LD experiences, especially LD for super market (frozen and chilled products).
At least 2 years of working experience
Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system
College or university graduated
Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi- task
