About the Role
You’ll also help maintain our CRM systems, explore AI/ML tools to streamline workflows, continuously look for smarter ways to improve data quality and lead generation efficiency. This role is ideal for juniors who enjoy working with data, problem- solving, and learning how B2B sales and marketing truly operate.
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Junior to help grow our B2B client base in the SaaS and tech sectors. You’ll work closely with our SDR team to research, enrich, and manage lead data that drives real business conversations.
Key Responsibilities
● Apply AI/ML or automation tools to improve research and data management tasks.
● Analyze and report on lead performance and data accuracy.
● Clean, organize, and prepare data for SDR outreach.
● Maintain and update CRM systems for both internal and client projects.
● Continuously learn about SaaS, B2B sales, and data tools.
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
● Research and identify potential leads across SaaS and tech markets.
Requirements
● Self- motivated, detail- oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
● Strong analytical mindset and data- driven thinking.
● Basic English for reading and communication.
● Basic understanding of B2B business models.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field is a plus.
● Comfortable using spreadsheets and online research tools.
Nice to Have
● Opportunity to advance into SDR or CRM- focused roles.
● Experience using AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude) for productivity.
● Experience with CRM or lead generation platforms.
● Familiarity with LinkedIn or data management tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
