Position Summary: Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for a workforce of over 1,000 employees, ensuring skill development, performance improvement, and compliance with operational standards. This role is for an experienced L&D professional with 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or large- scale industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational and operational goals.
Assess training needs across departments, roles, skills, and operational processes.
Prepare annual training plans and budgets.
Program Design & Delivery: Design training content for technical skills, safety, production processes, and soft skills development.
Conduct training programs including onboarding, technical, soft skills, and leadership courses.
Ensure training programs are updated, effective, and compatible with digital learning platforms / e- learning.
Support HR data management related to employee training and development.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, post- training assessments, and progress reports.
Learning Administration & Management: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records for employees.
Coaching & Development: Provide coaching support to managers and employees for skill enhancement and career growth.
Advise on employee development programs and career progression plans.
Ensure training programs comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Collaboration & Compliance: Collaborate with departments, line managers, and external training providers.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related fields.
Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., ATD, CIPD, Train the Trainer) is a plus.
Experience
5–8 years of experience in L&D / Training, preferably in a manufacturing or large- scale industrial environment (>1,000 employees).
Experience implementing technical and managerial development programs.
Skills & Knowledge
Expertise in training program design, needs assessment, and training effectiveness measurement.
Proficient in LMS platforms, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or digital learning tools.
Project management skills, data analysis, and KPI reporting.
Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills across all levels of management.
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
