Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development
Coordinate and conduct New Hire Orientation programs
Track training records and maintain learning documentations.
Manage monthly training calendars and monitor training hours across departments.
Coordinate with HOD for training demands and plans.
Support the implementation of annual training plans.
Coordinate and facilitate Train- the- Trainer program.
Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programs, and internal events.
Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Recruitment Support
Support recruitment projects, job fairs, and talent sourcing initiatives when required.
Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate scheduling, and onboarding activities.
Other tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good presentation and facilitation skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Hospitality Operations.
Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality environments is preferred.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Diploma or Bachelor&039;s Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
