Leasing Executive

The position is suited for candidates with 4–8 years of relevant leasing experience, who are ready to step into a mid- to- senior level role and manage leasing operations with a high level of independence.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and results- driven Leasing Executive to manage and expand our tenant portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring occupancy performance, delivering high- quality tenant service, and supporting the long- term value of our properties.
• Market & Promote:
- Build and manage a high- quality prospect pipeline; preference will be given to candidates with an active network or proven track record.
- Identify and maintain a practical list of potential tenants.
- Advertise properties and conduct professional site tours.
• Negotiate & Prepare Contracts:
- Liaise with legal advisors and internal departments to ensure compliance.
- Handle rental rates, lease terms, and lease documentation.
• Coordinate Fit- Out & Handover:
- Work with technical and project teams to prepare premises for tenant occupancy.
- Oversee handover procedures and ensure fit- out requirements are met.
• Manage Tenant Relations:
- Onboard new tenants and act as the primary contact for leasing- related matters.
- Address tenant concerns and drive initiatives to encourage lease renewals.
• Track & Report:
- Maintain accurate lease and tenant records.
- Monitor lease expirations and proactively manage renewals.
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy and performance for management.
