Job Title: Lecturer and Academic Coordinator
Reports To: Director, TNE Global

Job Purpose:
TNE Global Vietnam is seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join as Lecturer and Academic Coordinator. This role is responsible for overseeing the academic coordination and delivery of international programs under the Faculty of Transnational Education at Shinawatra University (SIU, Thailand), as well as supporting other transnational education projects. This role ensures smooth collaboration between institutions, supporting high- quality program delivery, and creating engaging, industry- relevant learning experiences for students. Key responsibilities include delivering lectures when required, scheduling and coordinating programs’ academic activities, and contributing to curriculum development for both current programs and future academic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination:
▪ Ensure curriculum relevance, quality, and compliance with academic standards and institutional policies.
▪ Monitor program performance and prepare regular academic reports.
▪ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among faculty, students, and administrative staff.
▪ Oversee and coordinate academic activities for the Faculty of Transnational Education, SIU and other TNE projects.
Teaching and Lecturing:
▪ Deliver high- quality lectures in designated subject areas as required to support program delivery.
▪ Apply effective teaching methods that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Curriculum Development:
▪ Design, review, and update curriculum content to maintain academic excellence and industry relevance.
▪ Contribute to the development of new academic projects and initiatives.

▪ Undertake other academic responsibilities as assigned by Faculty’s leadership or TNE Global’s BODs.

Degree Requirements:
▪ Master&039;s degree or equivalent professional certification in the relevant field. PhD is preferred.
Subject Area Competency:
▪ Demonstrated professional competence in teaching and academic development.
▪ Strong academic background with relevant degrees and coursework in business related teaching.
Teaching Experience:
▪ Teaching experience at the international bachelor’s level is highly desirable.
Communication and Language Skills:
▪ Capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and concisely.
▪ Ability to deliver lectures and facilitate programs in English for international students.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Other Requirements:
▪ Based in Ho Chi Minh City
▪ Open to Vietnamese citizens or expatriates with valid work authorization/work permit.
