Job Description
We are recruiting a licensed professional associate who should be able to conduct the following tasks:
• Coordinate with foreign lawyers;
• Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients;
• Research and draft legal memos for complex or hard issues;
• Draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;
• Review products of legal assistants;
• Supervise the proceedings of licensing applications;
• Other tasks assigned as assigned by senior lawyers.
• Supervise and draft M&A due diligence reports;
