Legal & Compliance Manager

Corporate Legal Management

Provide legal training and compliance guidance to employees.
Review and control legal compliance for all contracts (sales, distribution, agency, etc.).
Handle legal risks, disputes, complaints, and work with government authorities or partners when issues arise.
Manage the legal team: task assignment, progress supervision, and performance evaluation.
Manage corporate legal documentation: business licenses, trademarks, copyrights, contract templates, internal regulations.
Oversee legal compliance and risk management across business activities..
Provide legal advice to the Board of Directors and internal departments on business, commercial, import–export, marketing, HR, and finance matters.

Compliance Control:

Monitor compliance implementation across departments; coordinate with HR in handling violations.
Identify operational risks and collaborate with departments to recommend improvements.
Detect operational risks and propose improvements in processes and compliance systems.
Advise the Board on planning, implementing, and supervising compliance with company policies, processes, and regulations.
Receive whistleblowing information, conduct investigations, and verify violations.

At least 10 years of experience in corporate legal and compliance, including 5+ years in a managerial role. Prefer candidates with experience in trading, distribution, consumer electronics, FMCG, or technology.
Strong knowledge of commercial law, competition law, contracts, advertising, consumer protection, import–export, and product standards.
Good English skills, able to read, understand, and negotiate international contracts.
Excellent skills in negotiation, contract drafting, risk management, dispute resolution, and system thinking.
Experience with ISO, compliance systems, or risk management is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law; preference for candidates specializing in Commercial Law, International Law, or Economic Law.
