Corporate Legal Management
- Review and control legal compliance for all contracts (sales, distribution, agency, etc.).
- Oversee legal compliance and risk management across business activities..
- Manage corporate legal documentation: business licenses, trademarks, copyrights, contract templates, internal regulations.
- Provide legal advice to the Board of Directors and internal departments on business, commercial, import–export, marketing, HR, and finance matters.
- Provide legal training and compliance guidance to employees.
- Manage the legal team: task assignment, progress supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Handle legal risks, disputes, complaints, and work with government authorities or partners when issues arise.
Compliance Control:
- Identify operational risks and collaborate with departments to recommend improvements.
- Detect operational risks and propose improvements in processes and compliance systems.
- Monitor compliance implementation across departments; coordinate with HR in handling violations.
- Receive whistleblowing information, conduct investigations, and verify violations.
- Advise the Board on planning, implementing, and supervising compliance with company policies, processes, and regulations.
