RESPONSIBILITIES (TRÁCH NHIỆM)
· Organize, manage, and maintain legal records and documents systematically.
· Verify compliance across internal processes and participate in developing and improving the company’s legal policies and regulations.
· Draft, review, and update the company’s contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
· Provide legal advice to internal departments on matters related to business operations, labor, commerce, intellectual property, and other legal issues arising.
· Handle legal procedures related to business registration, licensing, and changes to enterprise information.
· Support dispute resolution and coordinate with lawyers and government authorities when necessary.
· Monitor and identify legal risks, propose solutions, and implement preventive measures.
· Stay updated on new legal regulations and assess their impact on the company’s operations.
Yêu cầu công việc
REQUIREMENTS (YÊU CẦU):
· At least 1–3 years of experience as a Legal Officer/Legal Executive; experience in corporate, commercial, or investment law is an advantage.
· High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong confidentiality awareness.
· Bachelor’s degree in Law, preferably in Economic Law, Commercial Law, or related fields.
· Solid skills in drafting contracts and legal documents.
· Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and contract laws, and relevant legal regulations.
· Ability to analyze and evaluate legal risks and provide appropriate solutions.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and government–authority working skills.
· Good English proficiency.
