- Submit for the enterprise registration, the business lines supplement
- Submit for the certificates of investment registration, branch registration
- Implement the procedures of terminating, temporarily stopping the operation of investment project,the branches
Consultancy: Legal consultation for departments and sites.
- Draft and present report to superior, managers as requested
- Join meeting with department, sites and related partner, contract negotiation
- Consult on usual and unusual legal issues
Review contract: Legal review and approve following company policy on the Contracts from department, sites as assigned.
Affiliates support: Legal consult and Contract review for affiliates.
Litigation: Join in the legal support on litigation, Project, inspection, investigation from Authority and Group.
Others: Join in the support for unusual legal requirement
