- Responsible for work as a Legal Specialist
【Job description】
- Carry out administrative procedures and work with governmental authorities when necessary
- Update and disseminate legal regulations relevant to the Company’s operations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations and the Company’s internal policies
- Review and assess internal regulations to ensure they are compliant with applicable laws
- Provide legal advice related to the business operations of the Company and its affiliated units
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
- Review and draft contracts, standard contract templates, and other agreements for the Company’s and its affiliates’ transactions

- Experience working with foreign- invested enterprises.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Specialist (preferably with experience in the logistics sector)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Economic Law, Commercial Law, International Trade, etc.)
- Good command of English in a legal/business context. (From intermediate Level)

- Working time: From Monday – Saturday morning (rotation)
- Salary: Competitive salary based on qualifications
