License Compliance

Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports on suspected non- compliance cases.
Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and audit outcomes.
Coordinate and arrange meetings with internal teams, local partners, and foreign clients related to license compliance activities.
Other duties may be assigned based on project or client requirements.
Follow up on ongoing compliance cases to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
Draft, review, and manage legal and contractual documents related to compliance projects.
Support and execute software license compliance programs in collaboration with legal and sales teams.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem- solving skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Capable of working independently and prioritizing multiple ongoing tasks.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or investigation- related fields.
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Law, Business, or related major preferred).
Strong understanding of intellectual property, licensing, or software compliance principles.
Effective communication skills via email, phone, and meetings.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal or confidential information.

Specific salary will be discussed after the recruitment
Fully contributed salary in accordance with the laws
Working time from 08:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday, no overtime work
