Livestream Operation Executive (TikTok Shop)

Job Description

Participate in brainstorm and execution part for livestream events, social content and video shooting.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Operate TikTok livestreams onsite, ensuring smooth technical setup and real- time support for KOLs, KOCs and Celebs.
Track and analyze livestream performance, summarize key results, and report insights for improvement.
Execute pre- livestream planning activities, ensuring all preparations are completed accurately and on time.
Oversee assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

Job Requirements

Strong adaptability and comfort working in a fast- paced, multitasking environment with competing priorities.
Strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast- paced environment.
Very strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
Good verbal and written communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability in every assigned task.
A “can- do” attitude, eager to learn.
Result- driven & problem- solving approach.
Interest in Influencer Marketing.
English requirement: Working Proficiency.
Willing to work late hours and be onsite for long livestream sessions.
