Overview
The Localization Project Manager (EU Shift) manages DC (Direct Client) accounts and handles production for Sales’ clients. They lead complex, often urgent projects while maintaining high delivery quality under pressure. Acting as the primary decision- maker for production and client- facing matters, the PM operates with high autonomy, strong business acumen, and the flexibility required to work with demanding stakeholders across DC and Sales.
Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with production teams and vendors.
Manage all project assets (glossaries, TM, files, and reference materials, input/output files, internal documentation, etc.)
Anticipate, avoid, and mitigate project risks, identify root causes, and take preventive or corrective actions before issues escalate.
Make decisions related to cost, quality, schedule to ensure successful delivery and strong client satisfaction.
Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their goals and budget
Drive account performance and long- term account stability.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Analyze project requirements (volume, deadline, domain, language pairs, complexity, etc.) to determine feasibility, production plans, resources, and timelines.
Liaise directly with clients for new and ongoing projects.
Coordinate localization projects: assign tasks, manage workflows, solve issues, and support production teams (engineers, linguists, vendors).

High flexibility and ownership: able to work independently, handle urgent requests and demanding stakeholders, and stay effective under tight deadlines and high- pressure environments.
Proactive in identifying risks, proposing solutions, and suggesting process or workflow improvements.
Strong business mindset with a customer- oriented approach, with the ability to spot optimization opportunities.
Ability to work in the EU shift (2 PM – 11 PM ICT) on a long- term basis.
Strong command of English for daily communication.
Previous experience as a Localization Project Manager/Account Manager is a strong advantage.

Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in localization or client- facing roles (E.g, Account management, Customer service)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
