Logistic Executive

Location
:SCS Building, Lot T2- 4, D1 Road, Saigon Hi- tech Park, Ho Chi Minh city
Mon- Fri (8AM- 5PM)

Perform timely inbound shipment processing and outbound delivery transactions (SAP & WMS) to support customer fulfillment.
Perform any other assigned activities and projects.
Execute local EXIM activities, such as applying for Import Permits and licenses, and ensure the retention of all necessary shipping documentation.
Follow up on international freight discrepancy cases, including raising claims for damages caused by forwarders until case closure.
Conduct regular self- audits and health checks on Transportation and EXIM processes, reporting results and issues to the operations manager.
Ensure all shipments (inbound & export) adhere to US import/export rules and all current local customs requirements.
Handle customer complaints related to deliveries and provide appropriate corrective actions.
Support management in documenting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Transportation and EXIM activities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the import/export field, preferably gained at freight forwarding companies.
College/University degree in Import/Export, Logistics, or equivalent majors.
The interviews will be conducted in English.
Proficient in English communication (written and spoken), equivalent to TOEIC 700+.
Knowledge of Drop- shipping/Cross- docking models.
Knowledge of WMS and SAP (SAP training will be provided)
Proficient in Excel (understanding formulas and functions).
